My complaint:
IHOP 1832 800 Englewood, CO 80110. 11:28 a.m. My family and I went to get eat some breakfast, we had the worst service ever from the manager and waitress which they decided to not give their names. We were forced to give %15 tip without our consent. The manger was forcing us to give the tip went we went to pay before we left. Still, we paid more than usual, it was the wrong total and supposedly they couldn’t do nothing to fix it, “it was a problem the computer does”. They’re taking extra credit from both of them. Told us they couldn’t fix what the bill said, it was bad since the beginning. We are not going back to any IHOP restaurant neither my family and I nor my friends, their chat gong got extra money.
Suggested solution:
Help and teach their employees how to solve problems. Their employer and the manager can’t be working there if their not able to solve problems with clients.
