My complaint:
After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, we were finally served our food, yet it was not hot as one would expect, but rather cold… nothing was hot but my coffee.The manager was reluctant to speak with us directly and instead instructed the waitress to inform us we could leave without paying for the bill. How can you serve food that is cold and still anticipate people to pay for it?
