My complaint:

sent a letter to you end of may to end my contract with you as I have had this phone for over two years and only used it Once or twice as you can see by my phone bills I don’t like the phone and it is still in the box so why are you still asking me for more money and getting CARS to try to get more money out of me I have tried to but no one is answering the phone to talk to me
