My complaint:
Checked online for opening times and said 8;00, got there at ten to eight to be told it wasn’t open until 9:00. Got back at 8;45 and was first customer in store. Asked for a home delivery time to be told there were none left. This store has signs saying free delivery if spending more than £25,00. Not sure where in the chain of managementdirectorship the incompetence lies but someone needs a good talking to.
