My complaint:
I got a delivery on Friday completely defrosted. Almost burned out my freezer trying to freeze it all at once.
Iceland told me the following day they would replace all affected items (every frozen item) but to keep it because they need every item back. They told me to wait for my local Iceland to contact me, but they never did and it’s now Tuesday.
They also have now stopped corresponding with me since Saturday and are trying to sweep it under the rug. I am stuck with a full freezer of useless items that Iceland may need back and without the means to get more.

Yes happened to us 4 weeks back. Iceland delivery was defrosted. Thought it might be because I arranged an 8 am delivery. First customer so just save space and leave frozen items out of van freezer?? Contacted Iceland but got no reply. Today we ordered from them again. The ice cream was half frozen and ice lollies had evaporated completely. Fish fingers were also totally defrosted. I don’t really understand this. 1. We use Tesco and ocado also. Frozen items arrive frozen. No problems And 2 If this was happening to all Iceland customers there would be mass complaints.
