My complaint:
Ordered a delivery from Iceland as for 9-11pm, store eventually called at 11.20pm to say they had problems with a van but delivery was now on the way, I asked if that meant it would be here in the next 510mins and the man just laughed and said it would probably get delivered by 12.30am!! I said not to bother then as I was desperate for bed and could pick it up tomorrow and he replied, too late, they’ll just knock on the door anyway and wake you up?! We have three kids and a dog in the house too. Eventually delivery turned up at 1am?!!!!!
Suggested solution:
They offered me £5 off my next £40 shop?! I’m never shopping there again so asked for a refund, they refused. VERY poor customer service. Absolute joke.
