My complaint:
Booked for 2 night stay , with continental breakfast included with option to upgrade for full breakfast for £5 ,when went for breakfast this morning we was refused the option of a upgrade even though we have ation in writing detailing this the reception was very rude and wasn’t interested in what we had to say and didn’t take time to look at my ation of booking,in the end we had to go elsewhere for breakfast, really terrible service by the receptionist and myself and partner feel eyes on us since this happened

I would like a refund
