My complaint:

São Paulo ibis styles Anhembi

I arrived at the hotel and when I got the check-in desk was served by someone who was obviously in training. Took him 15 mins though, how can it take so long to do a check in? In this digital age why are you still asking me to provide my e-mail address and phone number, I made the booking via Booking.com, surely you should have this information already planned, all I should need to do is show my ID, sign and you give me my card, why did it take 15 mins for a simple check on? You have all the information provided to you why don’t you just prepare the check in beforehand? Surely a multinational company like Accor can automate this?

To add to this when I went down to the restaurant, I was greeted upon entry, the young waitress who was also taking an order and also serving, but when she got to my table (after about 10 mins)she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. There were no menus on the tables, how am I supposed to know what I want to eat if I haven’t even got the menu? Did it not enter her head that when deje greeted me she could give me the menu ? Why don’t you keep menus on the tables like normal restaurants?

The service hear really needs to improve, this was really poor service.
