My complaint:
I left an item behind and contacted the hotel to get it back. They told me it would be 60 Euros to mail it. I responded asking to be sure the item was even there. They did not respond. When I complained with Ibis, the hotel responded they sent the item with the next touring company. I said they had no right or permission to do so and I didnt know who it had been sent with. Then they said they could send for a fee. They still have not verified that they have the item, and when I asked how to send the money they did not answer. Ibis corporate has not responded either.
Suggested solution:
Verify that they have my item and send instructions about how to send the payment for them to send it. Although I'm not sure I trust it will be taken care of after such terrible service thus far.
