My complaint:
I called at noon for my son’s Rx. It just needed be checked and would be ready. I went at 5:30pm and it still needed to be check. Amber the pharmacist gave a rude answer that she wouldn’t get to it for 30min when walking away gave another comment that what do people expect-she is never nice when I go
Suggested solution:
They should do what they say they are going to do without giving patients attitude
