My complaint:
It’s been 56 hours since I filed the complaint for the “buyer” that never released the funds to my account and claimed that he did.
1. The buyer NEVET responded to me
2. The buyer NEVER responded to Huobi customer service
3. I’ve been lied to countless times by Huobi customer service that I would be contacted by the “higher specialist”, by the “commissioner” – no one ever answered me
4. I’ve been told yesterday that they needed 1 more hour and then would message me with next steps – no one ever messaged me
5. All I’ve been getting from them is generic answers that “be patient, we are contacting the buyer – no respect, no answers, just fooling me
If the buyer doesn’t respond for years, you are just going to hold this appeal for years? It’s been almost 3 days! How is it even possible!
I demanded that Huobi team resolved this immediately and releases my USDT back to me!
Nothing! They just hold my crypto and keep trying to contact “the buyer” that never responds.
Or I will be contacting the international crypto legal authority and the authority in the republic of Seychelles where your company has a legal entity.
Suggested solution:
The complaint on other cryptoexchanges takes no longer than 24 hours and customer service actually:
Asks for evidence
Calls to prove the claims
Do NOT lie
