Huntington Bank complaint: Poor customer service and account procedures

My complaint:

So I deposited 2 checks to my huntington bank checking accounts drafted off of my capital one checking account. I have multiple accounts with capital one and unfortunately the checks are exactly the same aside from a couple numbers on the bottom(last 5 acct numbers) well the checks I deposited were from an account that had to be closed due to fraud. As soon as I noticed the mistake I made my account positive. It was negative for less than 3 days. Instead of charging me a fee they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT WITH ME. After I made my account positive I had a balance of about $600 which is very much needed to support my 3 kids and buy our essential items we need to survive. So after MULTIPLE MULTIPLE calls to customer service and over 2 hours combined on hold I’m informed that I have no access to MY MONEY and that they will send me a paper check but they have NO IDEA when that will happen. This was an honest mistake that was VERY quickly made right. I was perfectly fine with paying a fee for the returned check but seriously huntington bank???? This is the absolute WORST experience I’ve EVER had with any bank and I will be spreading the word of how I have been treated!!

Suggested solution:

They should have allowed me to come in person to withdraw my funds and they should have communicated with me what was happening
