My complaint:

I had united health insurance. It was time for new enrollment so I was looking. I was connected to Humana health insurance. The agent went over everything the policy offered. I told him I want no co pay policy free prescription etc. He assured me my policy would haveNO OUT OF POCKET PRESCRIPTIONS. Free gym membership and $150 spending card t ooo be used at various locations. After his 2 hour speal to get me to leave my united health to join the Humana. So now as of March first I have Humana. I have a lot of medical issues is why the ZERO OUT IF POCKET plan was so important. Now I have needed emergency cataract surgery. On the day of my first surgery I had to pay out of pocket $50 for eye drops that are essential to my eye recovery that you didn’t pay. Then after the surgery I had more prescriptions that I had to pay $3.28 which I’m glad I had. Now I had the second surgery with new eye drops prescriptions and you wouldn’t pay for them mind you I’ve already had the surgery. So after talking to an agent for 45 minutes while at the eye drops. I was assured that it was an over ride and everything was done and I was good to go. I drive the 62 miles back to my town to get my prescriptions and again they wanted a co pay which I don’t have so here I be had my surgery and have now gone over 48 hours with out the eye drops I have to have for my eye to heal and I can’t get them because your agent knowing full well the the no copay policy was no longer available he lied so I would join your health care. I no ow can’t get my meds because I live on $963 A MONTH and can’t go back to my original United health until clear December. You agent straight lied to me I need my medications and can’t pay copays that’s why I had united health. Your agent said what ever he had to so I would join now my health is in jeopardy because of your employee. Look up my policy and see who signed me up and get this fixed I’m calling my attorney and the attorney generals office about this total unexcitingly error of your co..
