My complaint:
Still cannot get any usuable help with porting my old phone number, boy they are terrible! I admit that I am not technically savvy, but if I could just get someone I could understand! I get so tired of asking them to repeat what they have just said.
Suggested solution:
I just need to talk to someone I can understand clearly and not have a lot of background noise and a clear line, who is not chewing gum or whatever!
