Hughes complaint: Lack of usable custromer service, cannot get any one who can speak clearly

Still cannot get any usuable help with porting my old phone number, boy they are terrible! I admit that I am not technically savvy, but if I could just get someone I could understand! I get so tired of asking them to repeat what they have just said.
