Hughes complaint: Can not get my number ported

My complaint:

Every time I reach a customer service representative, it will be the wrong department and they have to transfer me to someone else, and if I am lucky I will get someone, but they will not be able to speak English fluently or there will be so much background noise you cannot understand what they say.

Suggested solution:

Please have someone call me that can speak clearly and not have a bunch of people talking or having a party in the background!
