My complaint:
I have called their customer service six times cannot get help for my problems
First it is hard to understand their accent, plus there is so much background noise you have to keep on asking what
The problem is porting my old phone number. I go to their website site and tried to fill out the forms, could not, their system kept kicking me out!
Their coustomer service is worse than att, which I thought was the worse
Untill I tried to work with them, they moved up to number one!
Suggested solution:
I want someone that I can understander to call me so I can get my old att phone number ported to my HUGHESNET phone!
