My complaint:
I had additional taxes billed to me after filing and first payment. I made second payment with interest because of short time demanded by IRS. I left my tax papers with Tom Wilson of HR Block in Longmont office over two weeks ago. As of 71322 I still haven’t been contacted. My first HR Block agent was Barbara Hoyns filed my taxes. She won’t return my calls as well.
Suggested solution:
RETURN MY CALLS... RETURN MY PAPERWORK... Talk to me about additional tax payments and interest charged.
