My complaint:
I called serval times in reference my $600.00 stimulus payment. I was informed on serval occasions the stimulus was sent to an H R Block refund account. I was told the stimulus would be transferred into my account by Jan 4 NLT Jan 6. it is now Feb 5. nothing has been sent to my account. I AM STARTING TO BELEIVE THAT H R BLOCK IS A FRAUD!!!! I WILL NEVER USE H R BLOCK AGAIN. I will be going TO THE MEDIA ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
Suggested solution:
HAVE SOME ONE CONTACT ME VIA PHONE OR EMAIL SO THE ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED. RIGHT NOW MY STIMULUS IS SITTING IN AN H R BLOCK ACCOUNT AND NOONE CAN TELL WHERE IS MY STIMULUS.
