My complaint:
Refer to case 0639659……For Premium and Business Program, Form 990, when going to print out return there is a warning that even on 81921 the following forms have not yet been approved for filing. I am told by your reps this is just a warning the return has to be filed electronically. Why doesn’t the message jus say that and not mislead your customer that something else is going on?
Also since filers of Form 990 are required to provide copies of the tax form to anyone that requests it, there should be an option to print the return with and without a watermark.
P.S. You should respect your customers and respond to cases in a timely manner and not expect the customer to have to call back for a status.
