My complaint:

I have been with H and R Block for years and never had a problem, even had my direct deposit sent there. Now, they changed banks from Axos to Metabank and I have had problem after problem. They kept my old card open, so my paycheck goes to it, but will not automatically got to new card. I have to call them and have them manually transfer it. Now, my stimulus has been sent to my old account and H and R Block will not answer the phone and has not answered the phone for two weeks, Due to high call volume. I will be leaving them as soon as I get my money.
