H&R Block complaint: NO help

My complaint:

HR block constantly says they help their customers if they receive a letter from the IRS. Well apparently that’s a lie, because I reached out Mutiple times, twice scheduled a phone call both they were an hour or more late for calling. So I tried to reach out via email, they said that it is my problem even though I filed my taxes with them.

Suggested solution:

Actually do what you promise, and help me figure out my problem with the IRS!
