My complaint:
HR Block assigned tax Pro did my 2021 tax returns (April 2022). After my FED refund hasn’t come to me, I called The Govt folks. They told me that the tax returns have never been submitted by HRBlock. I’ve been going in circles with Block Advisors for days and always getting handed off then disconnected. HELP!! smithorama@q.com or 720-891-1192. HR Block finally ed that the returns were NOT submitted. I was transferred to retail I’ve and been on hold 20 minutes and was just disconnected; UNBELIEVABLE!! That makes 8 calls; all ending in a disconnected call.
