My complaint:
I am writing to request your assistance in reviving my LLC as above and make any changes to any addresses you withhold which may not have been changed post my other calls as I do not receive any mail from your goodselves yet.
The company is suspended because no business taxes have been filed as I am told by you for 2018-2019-2020. HR Block says they have filed all the 568 forms and also faxed you again to this number Fax:9168459042, along with the revivor form. FTB says they have received no taxes from us and by now I have paid the following taxes to the following authorities to which I have left proof of evidence for your perusal with this letter again.

$869.18 paid by cheque Dec 2020 -FTB
$26089 paid by wire trf April 2021- State Treasury IRS
Furthermore, I called the IRS PersonalState Taxes department just right now, and they advised me that they cannot locate any of the above funds. They have received all my personal tax returns and all is in good shape for all the years, meaning I do not owe any personal taxes nor I am owed to anything while all the returns have been filed on time.
Can you please advice if you have my money?

Suggested solution:
Refund my entire fees in the last three years. I have also been rejected a loan after 5 months because the underwriter could not reconcile the filings!
