My complaint:
In 2020 I went to a debt relief agency to help with my bills. I had lost my job due to covid and didn’t want to file bankruptcy. I settled on all my credit cards and even have settlement letters to prove it. Then this year hr block took my refund before it even hit my bank. ( Isn’t this illegal) I spoke to several employees and they see it should have never happened but say They don’t know how to get my money back. I want my 688 back I have a letter from the showing it was settled.
