My complaint:
I was issued a card about a year ago for taxes. that card was cancelled without my knowledge when the stimulus was issued. i had to work hard to get the funds from the old card(ending in 7007) and move it to the new card still with Emerald (ending in 6566).
I have not been able to receive my child tax credit because it is still in the first account that they blocked access to me years ago without my permission. this is now the second time i have to jump through MANY hoops to receive my funds
Suggested solution:
Move my funds from the old card ending in 7007 and move it to current account 6566 - checking online the IRS issued this 10152021.
