My complaint:
Closed during appointment in before closing time, Appointment was at 7:30 ed via text when I got there they had already left they said they were leaving due to the weather even though there was nothing wrong with the weather they were supposed to be open till 8 o’clock I was with then forced to reschedule with somebody I had worked with before that I didn’t wanna work with and I won’t be returning to HR Block ever again
Suggested solution:
Make sure that when they were say they’re supposed to be open that they stay open and they lied and said there was no one on the books when I had proof and ation that I had an appointment and drove 45 minutes away from my house to get my taxes done and then was were forced to reschedule with somebody else that I didn’t like working with
