My complaint:
Used online tool paid $65 to file federal, it was rejected and I was forced to pay for federal again. This was extremely deceitful, there is no place that says if your return is rejected you would have to pay again. They took the 65 again once I was issued my refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the first charge I should have to pay twice for filling my federal return.
