My complaint:

I tried for several days to get my account plan changed due to I have lost my job and due to covid and health issues. I am unable to afford the plan I am on. I tried for over 3 hours to get the issues resolved. I was informed it didn’t matter I was still to pay full price for the next 2 months before they would change my plan. I was also threatened by the rep who was not helping me due to I informed her I was reporting them to the bbb and ag in my area. At this point in time the company has made no attempt to assist me and told me to read the information on their page about billing. They have belittled me and basically holding me hostage and has left me unable to print unless I go buy ink from the store even though I still have almost 4000 pages of roll over.
