My complaint:
I have paid each month to subscribe to Instant Ink.
My printer stopped printing and I called Instant Ink here, in Germany, talked to somebody, who admitted I had not had any ink delivered since May 2019. This is now mid June!
They said they would send a color cartridge, and, of course, the printer now works, after nearly two weeks of outage.I need a printer for my work!!!
I cancelled my Instant Ink order, and want refund for the past year.
This is a dreadful service. Shocking.
Suggested solution:
Refund all that Ive paid on my Master Card for the past year. ------8887
