My complaint:
My father was without the use of his hp 9018 printer due to this cannot be used until enrolled…. message – we cou ld not get rid of it.
DUE to the lack of concern on the part of H P for customer service, there were no chat available, NO phone contacts available. This company HP is therefore a massive fraud and an entitly designed to rape and rob the public.
Suggested solution:
By at least answering the phone, or calling me back at least ONCE.
If not I will definitely join the class action lawsuit that is current, and I will hire an attorney to get me money at least 10 million dollars for pain and suffering.
