My complaint:
I’ve had HP instant ink subscription for two years and ran out of ink. Was told I didn’t run out, it was a “quality issue.” Had to ask for a cartridge to be sent which took 7 days. Then when I went to cancel I’m told my service ends 6/25/23 but will be billed again at that time even though I won’t be able to use my cartridges after 6/25. That is dishonest and wrong. I’m disgusted I fell for this. I will never buy an HP product again. So basically I spent over $150 dollars for one set of ink cartridges and won’t be able to use two perfectly good cartridges I paid for.
Suggested solution:
Let me use the cartridges I rightfully purchased. Don’t charge me after my service ends.
