My complaint:

I have an HP Officejet Printer 4650 it will only take cartridges 63 not 6365 combo this is what HP been sending me for the past two months, never had a problem till now been enrolled in their program for the past 5 years with no issues till February of 2023.

I have talk to Tech Supervisors with no results but a run around and not being truthful they know they are the wrong size tell me they fit I have tired it several times in the past 2 months with not results. The cartridges are too big HP tells me to push it in so the well can break which it would be my fault and I would have to buy a new printer this is their main gold. I have about 20 shipments of the 6365 not just 63XL that the size my printer takes and is require to work in my printer.

Suggested solution:

hp instant ink to send me the correct ink and credit my account! this isa breach of contract have customers sign up for their instant program and they cannot produce the correct ink, very unlawful if they cannot produce my ink then hp can give me a new printer!
talk to a tech today he said the cartilages they sent me are too big and to force it in my printer, so the well can break then i would have to get another printer when it was force in, they tell customers that to get our of their contract and to make money when a new printer is brought. i
i can get the ink in my area in store just hp instant cannot send me the correct ones.
