My complaint:
REGISTERED NEW HP PRINTER ON FEBRUARY 8, 2021, WHICH CAME WITH (2) TWO PROMOTIONS OF FREE INSTANT INK SERVICES. ONE WAS FOR (2) MONTHS AND THE OTHER WAS FOR (4) MONTHS OF FREE INSTANT INK; (6) MONTHS OF FREE SERVICE TOTAL. INSTEAD OF HP CANCELING THE OLD SERVICE ACCOUNT AND BILLING CYCLE, WHICH THE REP BOLDLY LIED AND STATED THAT MY REGISTRATION AND ACTIVATION OF MY NEW PRINTER AND FREE INSTANT INK DID BUT IT DIDN’T. ACCORDING TO HP, I WILL HAVE TO BEGIN PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICE AGAIN ON MARCH 11, 2021. SECONDLY, I HAVE TRIED TO HAVE MY BILLING DATE OCCUR ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I’VE CALLED IN ABOUT THIS OR CANCELED SERVICE AND THEN REACTIVATING SERVICES.

FIRST, PUT ME ON A NEW BILLING CYCLE STARTING ON MARCH 1, 2021 SO THAT MY PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH. SECONDLY, MY 6 MONTHS OF FREE INSTANT INK SERVICES ARE TO START ON MARCH 1, 2021 ENDING ON AUGUST 2, 2021.
