My complaint:
I replaced my printer in 2017. I assumed because of the fact it was no longer connecting to HP Instant Ink, and my new one was, the replacement would be obvious. I did not realise the 2 charges per month were for 2 printers – one of which had been disposed of. HP Instant Ink must have picked up the error immediately, however did nothing. I reckon they have charged me £575 (inc vat, I am not registered) since 2017.
Suggested solution:
I have lodged a complaint which they have acknowledged but that has been all. They should contact me and refund me that £575.
