Hoseasons complaint: Very Angry with Holiday lodge booked

My complaint:

I am disgusted with my booking – I have just returned back and would like to make the following complaint:-

1 The lodge was full of fliesMoths and insects customer did call the reception for some solution and they turned away saying that’s just how thing are. which is unacceptable, we were all full of bites over the weekend, we paid nearly £300 per night and this is unacceptable. We wanted to spend most the time at the lodge and it was the complete opposite, wanted to spend the least amount of time as were getting bitten when sitting in the lodge. It is funny when sitting outside didn’t get bitten, only in the lodge itself. So there is no excuse here.

2 Hot tube was not cleaned properly cause after one time use a got a rash from sitting in there, didn’t use it after that. Also brown markings inside the hot tube, (stains) and just dirty. A workmen came out once to attached a pipe to the hot tube then left over the whole weekends stay.

3 There were no useable dishes as they where in the dishwasher still dirty, which was unacceptable.

4 beds where not made up for arrival just the blanket and pillows not even covers or pillow cases on them, so not very good stating they supply all bed linen.

Paying nearly £837 for a three nights stay is a joke, this was supposed to be a luxury cabin, but was nothing like was advertised, feel completely mis-sold and the issues with the flies and for that price don’t except to get bitten all weekend it was unacceptable. We paid extra to have one with a Hot-tub but because of the issues and the dirtiness of it we only used it once, so that was pointless.

As you can see totally unhappy with the lodge booked and feel the price we paid was outrageous for what we got and the issues we had. I expect a full refund on this and will take it further if needed. I have not put any reviews online yet of what a complete joke it was, just waiting on your response and how this is dealt with to give you the opportunity to deal with it first.
