My complaint:
Hi, I tried to call Hoseasons regarding payment of a holiday that is due today, The member of staff was abrupt rude and put the phone down on me, I called back the same person answered, I asked why he put the phone down he said because I wanted to speak with a manager then put the phone down again! I called for a third time was refused a mangers call back. how can I get a matter resolved?
