My complaint:

I stayed for 28 days, when I checked out they refused to give me my 100 deposit back. They said I smoked in room. I DONT smoke. I want my 100 back, and you all need to take a look at management for stealing. I don’t understand why they do that other than pocketing the money.

I would like if you will give me a call so I can give you an address where you can send me a check. I bet the rate of them doing this is very high, and I doubt there is that many people smoking in those rooms. If I don’t receive my 100 back I will never stay in any hotel you guys own. Also, I was coming back in January to stay for minimal of a 6 month stay. Those works an management cost you guys alot of money. Each month a little over a 1000 dollars.

Suggested solution:

Give me my 100 back.
