My complaint:

By worlds of fun. Stayed 7 days, the toilet did not work at all not even after being plunged and couldn’t flush even toilet paper. They refused to
Move me rooms. Room 106 by the way. The sink in bathroom flooded anytime you tried to use it. No shower curtain or door in bathroom. Wifi didn’t work at all. Kept trying different passwords they gave me
And it kept saying wrong password. On top of all this, they said it takes 5-7 business days to get my deposit back. And I wrote an email to the Coorporate website- no response yet and it’s been 4 days. Posted about this on google reviews and their Facebook account. Nothing yet. I am so angry I wanted to be moved rooms multiple times and multiple people told me
No. That they were booked up. They 100% know the toilet and sink are broken in room 106 why are they still booking it?! And what hotel keeps your deposit for 5-7 days?!! And what company doesn’t get back with upset customers?!?

Suggested solution:

They need to put my deposit back on my card like now and they should refund me for the absolute lack of necessities in a room I paid for. I had to drive to a gas station down the street anytime I needed to go to the bathroom. That is just beyond not okay.
