My complaint:
I had a faucet which was in the kitchen and at a constant drip and also leaked underneath the cabinet which caused black mold throughout the kitchen it area. I had plumbing leaking underneath my bathroom sink and a toilet that was not set and a drain that was plugged in the bathroom. I had a air conditioning heating unit that did not work properly made excessive loud noises and had black mold all over the air conditioning coils. I stay there roughly over a month and complained about it multiple times to multiple different people and no actions were made. And now it looks like I’m going to have to go to the hospital or a clinic to see why I can’t get rid of this cough it’s probably from all the black mold
Suggested solution:
A refund should be the best course action I would consider a credit for equal or more value . Corrective actions during my stay would have been the best thing for both parties
