My complaint:
We moved into this location Feb. 4,2023 and we payed $1,051 that day and Feb. 17 as well but then it changed march 3,17, and 31 cause we long term stay to being $976.96. And then April 14 $850.32, and then April 28 we paid $819.07. and apparently since we have stayed more then 90 days they supposedly take taxes off . So then rent went down to $853.86 on May 12- Jun 9th. And then on jun 23 we paid $833.86 and tell u we have moved to a big room since I would say middle of April cause the 3 other rooms y’all gave us were leaking water other out of the roof or tub. And we went to pay the 2 wks cause that’s how we pay and on jul 7 they changed our rent to literally $933.86 and it’s the same price as if we were paying with taxes when we first got here so the manager in the location basically stole $200 from us and our 11 month so I would like to speak to corporate and get my money that is owe to us and hopefully you guys can fix the situation cause the people here are being robbed of there rent and apparently it’s not the first time. I have all the card receipts on my phone.
Suggested solution:
Come to the location and investigate and most likely give me back my $200 he stole from us
