My complaint:
Made a reservation for seven days this morning July 21 went to the hotel to bring my property my belongings and was told that the computers are down and there’s no rooms available anyways they’re full I have a nonrefundable seven day itinerary with a ation number and unless the people that work there are giving away rooms for free to their friends there should be rooms at that hotel
Suggested solution:
If there is another hotel near with a kitchen and these companies can put in a room somewhere else
