My complaint:
I arrived at hometown studios on April 10th around 3:00, sometime around 8:30 at night I went to take a shower I went to turn the water on and the knob fell off I then put it back on to turn the water on and the only thing that come out was pulling hot water that was over 100°. I attempted to turn the temperature down by turning the knob to cold water but would not put out or the temperature of the water so I went to report it to the office they said they would get to looking at it and fix it and still yet has it been fixed and yet have I still been able to take a shower and it’s been 5 days this is unacceptable I would like something to be done about this whether it’s a refund or another room for another week on you guys because I did book the room again for the 17th to the 24th but I will not stay in this room until that water is fixed.
Suggested solution:
At this point I feel like because I haven't had a shower since I've been here that would either like a refund or the booking that I scheduled for the 17th through the 24th be covered by them and not me. I am scheduled to be checked out of this room Thursday the 17th and if they don't get it fixed by Thursday then I will cancel my next booking here and I will go elsewhere and I would still like the refund for this that I've stayed in
