My complaint:

09/06/2023 at 6:60pm to attempt to pay room rent something was going on and wendy told me she will call me on 09/7/23 when issue was resolved. My husband went to the office on 09/07/23 to pay NO ONE was in the office at 11:00am when he went back Tina or Tiffany name maybe wrong claim she was in the office and she was not my husband tried to explain to her she talked over him refuse to even listen to what had happen she just kept saying it does’t matter. I called and she did me the same way i think that charging the late fee is unfair when it was late for no reason on our part’

Suggested solution:

refund my 20$
