My complaint:

On the 31st of August I started for one night checked out on the 1st of September. I was told by the front desk 3-5 days for my deposit to be returned a contradiction from checking in. I was told upon checking in the next day after checkout it would revert to my account. Neither of these happened. I called today 09/13/2023. Spoke with a rep was told it would be another 10-12 days. Nothing on my end they screwed up refunding my deposit.

Suggested solution:

Give it to me now today. I've waited long enough. It's a hundred dollars. This isn't 40-50 dollars this is a chuck of money I put out in order to stay at a below average room at best that place was a 2 maybe.
