My complaint:
1. When we arrived I saw that the room was filthy. Walls,bathrooms and kitchen. When I went to the office about it. I was told to clean it if I didn’t like it cause there would be no refunds. 2. Had to have them bring me a microwave. 3. Nobody collects trash. 4. I got reprimanded by the rudest employee in the world, and was told to not be lazy and throw my own trash. 5. I inquired about clean towels and was told to bring down my old ones for new ones or wash them myself. Couldn’t have been treated any worse than how I have been treated. 5. Would take pictures, but by the time I had enough.. I had already cleaned my own room before I put my belongings in it,and washed my own towels. The hallways, the elevators and the laundry room is just the most disgusting thing I have ever had to deal with. On top of rude horrible employees
Suggested solution:
I'll be 100% I should get half my money back. I sent my daughter to her grandmother's because there was no way in hell I was going to allow her to be in such filth.
