My complaint:
The room is dirty and the walls were dirty the toilet did flush properly wen I went downstairs to talk to the desk clerk about I was informed that I can only get service one a week and needed to wash my towels myself before turning them in I paid almost $800 for this vacation and it a nightmare there no hot water there properly looks like a dump I can’t leave until the 9 because I have no where to go and wen I look at the reviews I thought it will be ok but it not I am also a manager at motel 6 in California and this is unacceptable I need a refund this trip his the worse
