My complaint:
I filled out my Taxes onLine and paid upfront all the Fees to have a TAX PRO go over before Filing. I reside in Mass. and collect a Military Pension. She said I owed state tax because I didn’t pay any from my Pension to Mass. After a few phone calls and numerous Emails explaining why I am tax exempt, she accused me of committing Fraud. I then decided not to move forward with the service. Now I can’t get my $131.00 payment refunded because no one will discuss any further.
Suggested solution:
Refund my online Payment of $131.00 since they did not complete the service in good faith.
