My complaint:
This is the third time this lady who today was working the register next to the counter did not give me the military discount after I presented her with my military ID. This time I thought I would to speak with a manager with my concern. I was literally on hold for 15 minutes. I just thought HomeBase would like to know just how their customer’s are been treated in Lubbock Texas. Thank you and have a nice day.
