My complaint:
I went into Home Advisor and wanted to get a roof repaired, got a fixed price. Worker shows up and wants an additional $300.00, I said no to and they said I cancelled the work and that I needed to pay for his time. Ummm no that’s the cost of doing business. They refunded only half of what I paid them and they’re refusing to refund the other half. Don’t offer fixed pricing and then double the amount.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money.
