My complaint:
In May of this year I had a serious plumbing issue. Contacted you for assistance, when asked if it was an emergency I replied “yes”. Even then, service was scheduled a week away , Affirm was contacted to set up payment options, but I cancelled the work found my own plumber who responded to emergency. In July after getting numerous texts emails from Affirm for work that was never done, I contacted HomeAdvisor to cancel any contract I had with them. They, in turn were supposed to notify Affirm since work was never done. Affirm is still contacting me they told me they haven’t heard from you. Please take care of this, it’s affecting my credit!

Contact Affirm! Let them know work was NEVER done!!
